Waiver: I, the undersigned, assume all risks and hazards coincidental to league activities and hereby release, absolve, and hold harmless Cherokee County Board of Education, Cherokee County Employees, Etowah Tip Off Club, Etowah Jr. Eagles, organizers, supervisors, coaches, volunteers, participants and persons or parents supervising or the transporting participants to or from such activities from any claims for loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of my child’s participation in the Etowah Jr. Eagles. For registration fee: The fee for the 7th-8th grade league (Booth) is $135. Checks should be made payable to the Etowah Jr. Eagles. If payment is not received by the end of registration for your league your registration may be voided.
